It's no secret around here that I am big fan of ColourPop - they are an affordable brand and make amazing products!
It's been quite a while, but back in January ColourPop released single pressed powder eye shadows! And, of course I had to jump on the bandwagon and try these out! There are quite a few more colours than what I grabbed, but I wanted to see how I liked them!
These pressed powder shadows are described as "highly pigmented shadow that applies evenly and feels ultra-velvety and silky. This long wearing formula contains a unique combination of softer powders which adheres easily to the eyes, gives a soft focus effect, and blends smoothly and evenly."
As with the rest of ColourPop products, the pressed pigment shadows are affordable - $5 each! These shadows come in a variety of finishes - matte, satin, metallic, and duochrome!
Here is a look at the shadows I picked up - swatched in natural light, no primer:
Here Me Out ~ Listen, Linda .. this is a matte white peach
Wake Up Call ~ This matte warm sand will bring you back to reality
You Know The Drill ~ Buy, swatch, love this metallic bronze, repeat.
Note To Self ~ Don't forget to remember this matte warm caramel
Save It For Later ~ Save the best for last with this metallic amber
Paper Tiger ~ Lions, matte mustards, and bears ..OH MY!
Made To Last ~ This matte neutral mauve is here to stay

Making Moves ~ This matte hot coral is always doin' big things
Come and Get It ~ When you're ready come and get this duochrome rose with a gold flip
Stay Golden ~ Be a ponyboy in this matte raspberry
With all the shadows I selected, I was really impressed with the formula and pigmentation! The shadows are nice and soft and apply very well - they are super blendable and smooth. The pigmentation is great and still look bold when applied with a brush.
And, the shadows I picked up really reminded me of a sunset, so I wanted to create a beautiful sunset inspired eye look!
I love how all these eyeshadows applied - they blended well and applied so well! I love these!
